I'm strictly speaking not an academic but I edit extensively articles on my field of expertise (in fact, I've pretty much single handedly rewritten the whole field on WP due to a lack of interest...) and so some of the question angles synced with what I experience. I flicked through the questionnaire, and came away with the feeling that many of the questions seem to largely miss the point, or misunderstand the WP eco system. For example:
"Researchers are not allowed to write about their original research in Wikipedia" Is nowhere near a simple agree/disagree question. Is it asking whether WP resists people writing about their own research on WP, or is it talking about unpublished OR Academics are trying to push in.
