I might be available. I'm currently applying for Icelandic citizenship via parliamentary decree, and they usually grant those in the last week of the session (before summer break), which was supposed to end on June 13. But due to the (still-ongoing) longest parliamentary debate in history <https://www.althingi.is/thingstorf/thingmalalistar-eftir-thingum/ferill/156/351/>, they haven't done that yet.
