Dear all, I am writing to you to let you know the proposed modifications to the Universal Code of Conduct (UCoC) Enforcement Guidelines and the Universal Code of Conduct Coordinating Committee (U4C) Charter are on Meta for community review [1]. The comment period is ongoing and will be open for one more week, until end of day (anywhere) on Tuesday, 18 March 2025. Community members will be able to vote on these modifications in early April. Proposed modifications for the Universal Code of Conduct itself will be a separate process, the community will be notified when that review period is available.
The Universal Code of Conduct Coordinating Committee (U4C) [2] is a global group dedicated to providing an equitable and consistent implementation of the UCoC [3]. This annual review was planned and implemented by the U4C. For more information and the responsibilities of the U4C, you may review the U4C Charter [4].
