The release itself is still some weeks away. I will announce when I am about 1 week away from tagging 1.10 (so that you can send in your translation updates) and after 1.10 is tagged I will wait for about one week until I announce the release so that there is time for packages to be created as well as tested. So don't worry, you have at least two weeks to work on the 1.10 announcement. You can get the po files from [1] (they are also available from [2]) . Last years translation were automatically used where possible. So those who translated the previous announcement will have a head start.
About 85% to 90% of the po files has to be translated before an html page is created. I will (try to) generate the html files when you send in your po files. Please send those directly to me, even if you usually submit your translations via Torangan or someone else.
