Hi everybody!
I just wanted to tell you that I plan to release the most likely *last* release
of the stable 1.6 series on Sunday in the early afternoon here in Germany
(something like 13:00 UTC). So please make sure to send in your translations so
that they are included.
Beside this you should now really start working on trunk, most things are rather
done. We are *not* sure about the real final plans for the new 1.8 series, but
with some luck we might be able to schedule it for the end of October. You can
have a look at the status page for all the textdomains [1] to get an idea what
you can already start to work on (though it is not 100% accurate). Basically you
can tackle all the campaigns though you should be careful about low.

Cheers,
Nils Kneuper aka Ivanovic

PS: Yes, before 1.8 is out there will be some string freeze and all the stuff
you know. I currently plan to have something like a 6 week (at least soft)
string freeze before 1.8 is out, but you should really get started anyway. The
freeze and the plans will be announced here when some schedule is available.
