Sure. E.g. this report:

  po/wesnoth-lib/id.po:1092(#191): context separator (^) in msgstr[0]

points you to a message whose msgid is in line number 1092 (if PO file is
opened in a general text editor), or whose entry number is 191 (if PO file
is opened in a dedicated PO editor). There you have such a message:

  #: src/game_preferences_display.cpp:184
  msgid "sound^Advanced Options"
  msgstr "sound^Pilihan Lebih Lanjut"

The "sound^..." part of the original message here is a "disambiguation
context" (informing translator that these are advanced options for sound,
and making the message distinct from some other advanced options), and
should not be carried over into translation. So the syntactically correct
translated message would be:

  #: src/game_preferences_display.cpp:184
  msgid "sound^Advanced Options"
  msgstr "Pilihan Lebih Lanjut"

(Though, line and entry numbers may have been offset a bit by the latest POT
update. Just look for ^ character in translations to find faulty messages.)
