Hi!

This stirg and the previous one might be two parts of one sentence,
spoken by two characters:

Kalenz starts: "It seems that we are too late. The Treasury has fallen
to the Saurians...."

and Huraldur concludes: "...and I see the remains of the garrison has
been taken prisoner."

Strings are not concatenated in the game, but shown one after one, so
starting the second one with dots and non-capital letter might be OK.
That's how we've done it in Russian translation, and I think it's
looks better than starting sentence with capitalized "And" -- at least
in Russian, but probably in some other languages too.
