I just ported over the po files from wescamp (made for an ancient version of the campaign!) into mainline and the campaign is now translateable. Though you should not work on it yet, since strings are still likely to change (remember, we are at the beginning of trunk!). I also just ran a pot-update on trunk which resulted in "lots of changes" in the po files. So one request from my side for the next weeks:
MAKE SURE TO WORK ON branches/1.6 INSTEAD OF TRUNK! In branches/1.6 the strings are rather fixed where trunk is really work in progress. *IF* you work on trunk (you should not do so!) you have to explicitly tell me when sending in the files so that they are not also committed to 1.6 since this will likely lose in a reduction of the amount of translated strings there. As long as you just work on 1.6 I can easily commit the work to trunk, too, so at least *most* of your changes are automatically available once you start working on it. My current plan is to release 1.6.1 on Sunday. So please send your changes in so that the updated translations are included in this new release of the stable branch. On the other hand the first 1.7.x (new development series) is still rather far off, it will probably be in May.
