Perhaps it was a typo, but did you say you are using WeatherLink Live? The WeeWX Vantage driver does not support that. Or, did you mean you have the WeatherLink IP, which the driver does support?
It's possible that you are not looking at the same weewx.conf file that weewxd is using. The log will tell. If you're still stuck, set debug=1, restart weewx, then send the log. See *How to get a useful log report <https://github.com/weewx/weewx/wiki/view-logs#how-to-produce-a-useful-log-report>*. Please do not send a screenshot!
