Unfortunately I do not know much about the interceptor driver. There are 
other people around here who know more.

There ist the section [[sensor_map_extensions]] in the driver configuration 
section. You will have to add entries there to use additional sensors. They 
look like "weewx_obs_type_name = ecowitt_sensor_name". Please refer to the 
Interceptor
