There may be two things going on here.

1. Despite having a lot of records that have not been downloaded (513
pages), the final timestamp in the logger memory is *earlier* than the
starting timestamp. This is a sign of logger corruption. See the wiki

2. But, you are also getting "no <ACK>" messages. From your description, it
sounds like you are using a serial-to-usb converter. These are notorious
for being unreliable. If you have a second converter, give it a try and see
if it does any better.
