There may be two things going on here. 1. Despite having a lot of records that have not been downloaded (513 pages), the final timestamp in the logger memory is *earlier* than the starting timestamp. This is a sign of logger corruption. See the wiki article *Corrupt station memory <https://github.com/weewx/weewx/wiki/Troubleshooting-the-Davis-Vantage-station#corrupt-station-memory>* .
2. But, you are also getting "no <ACK>" messages. From your description, it sounds like you are using a serial-to-usb converter. These are notorious for being unreliable.
