You didn't include a log, so I'm going to take a wild guess that you're
using a Davis Vantage and that the logger memory got corrupted. If that's
the case, see the wiki article *WeeWX generates HTML pages, but it does not
update them

If that's not the case, include the log. Stop weewxd, set debug=1, restart,
post the log from startup to the first reporting cycle.
