Of course weewx is the way to go because that way you are not dependent on a cloud provider. But for brevity: it is still possible to use Weather Underground. There is a free API available for owners of a weather station. I use this to get my weather station data into Home Assistant. There is a custom component supporting this new API. Personally, I use a simple REST sensor.
