Make sure you set the belchertown_root_url
<https://github.com/poblabs/weewx-belchertown#requirements> which is
required in version 1.0
(but will be removed in 1.1)
Example in weewx.conf:
[StdReport]
[[Belchertown]]
skin = Belchertown
HTML_ROOT = belchertown
[[[Extras]]]
belchertown_root_url = "https://belchertownweather.com"
