Hi, I tried to upgrade Belchertown skin to new version 1.0.1 by this page
https://github.com/poblabs/weewx-belchertown/wiki/Upgrading-to-Belchertown-skin-1.0.
I didnt find files belchertown.py and belchertown_highchartsSearchX.py
there bin/user. Other steps I finished. But it didnt create folder
Belchertown in /etc/weewx/skins/...
When I try to check list of extension in weewx it show me:

configobj.DuplicateError: Duplicate section name at line 464.
Now I cant even uninstall Belchertown skin.
Can you help me where is the problem?
