It looks like the default HTML_ROOT for SmartphoneReport is not the
smartest choice. We have

[[SmartphoneReport]]
    # The SmartphoneReport uses the 'Smartphone' skin, and the images and
    # files are placed in a dedicated subdirectory.
    skin = Smartphone
    enable = false
    HTML_ROOT = public_html/smartphone

That means you'll find the smart phone report in a subdirectory
public_html/smartphone. In your case, that would be
/var/www/html/public_html/smartphone. See if the reports are in there.

It really should be set to a simple 'smartphone', not 'public_html/smartphone'.

Don't know how that got messed up.
