Hi I'm using Raspian Stretch Lite Linux version 4.14.79. The error was:
Feb 8 15:03:04 raspberrypi2 weewx[432]: engine: Launch of report thread
aborted: existing report thread still running
I'm not getting the error any longer. After a restart of weewx and/or a
reboot of the Pi,, it seems to have gone away. I made a copy of the
syslog. It may be due to some time snafu on the pi. Between the startup
of weewx and the error messages, the system changed its time ahead about 90
minutes. I agree with you on Edge, I think it won't get a fresh copy from
the pi for some reason, no matter what I do. Edge has it's problems. This
isn't the first time I've been disappointed with it. Thanks for your help.
