NO

SIMULATOR = data generated from mathematical formulas - it is not real data 
it is invented data

weewx is the wrong program for what you are trying to do.  weewx is 
designed to get data from a weather station connected to the pc which is 
running weewx, or at least data from something which is owned by the owner 
of weewx.
