My new acurite 02064 was showing a few gaps a couple of weeks ago, so I changed the batteries, and it was gapless for two weeks, then started showing gaps again a few times a day, with the last dropout lasting for a few hours during the middle of the night. There appears to be a correlation with the cold. Is that a thing? I moved the outdoor sensors a foot to the left, and elevated the indoor sensor (hanging on wall) about six inches to see if there's a difference. I have a HAM radio, and can hear the packets, but I haven't been around during the dropout to see if they stop all together. The radio frequency is 433.958Mhz if anyone is interested.
