Hi,
To override units for the forecast skin from weewx.conf you need to have the
override under [[forecast]], eg:
[[forecast]]
....
[[[Units]]]
[[[[Groups]]]]
....
....
It is not clear from your post if you have done this. If it still does not work
post a copy of weewx.conf with any sensitive information removed.
