Vince and Andrew: Thank you both for your replies. While it is sounds relatively easy to have periodic updates on my Weewx page, I was really hoping to get essentially a live stream. As Vince rightly points out, opening a port like 8081 to the outside world is a security risk. I know that there are commercial security cams that have their own software which enable one to log onto them from anywhere, but I assume they are more secure that just opening a port on the router. I did look at many sites with regards to port forwarding, but none gave me either enough or correct info.
