HI

I use debian system and the download page offers me RPM packages at first. I have to pay attention not to download the wrong package format.

May be my browser fools the system detection, I don't know.

IMHO, the automatic detection should be avoided and replaced by explicit download links.

Hi all,

Our download page offers the Intel and Apple Silicon builds of LibreOffice for macOS:

It looks like there's no way for browsers to detect if someone is using an Intel or Apple Silicon Mac, which is a bit limiting for us. We currently offer Intel as standard for macOS users -- but IMO we should switch to offering Apple Silicon.

After all, the first Apple Silicon Macs came out four years ago, and Apple hasn't sold any Intel Macs since June 2023.

But what do others think? :-)
