Did you get this sorted out? As Ramsey noted, no need to put the JAR 
anywhere—Maven will handle it all for you. But to use PostgreSQL, you do need 
to include the plug-in as a dependency:

      <dependency>
        <groupId>wonder.plugins</groupId>
        <artifactId>PostgresqlPlugIn</artifactId>
        <version>7.4</version>
      </dependency>
