hmmm ... out of curiosity, in your ERAttachmentMigration subclass, if you add 
the method:

  
  @Override
  public NSArray<ERXModelVersion> modelDependencies() {
        return new NSArray<ERXModelVersion>(new ERXModelVersion("ERAttachment", 
1));
  }


does that fix it? we should probably put that in there.
