AudioVideoRendererAVFObjC may enqueue key-blocked samples submitted before a
flush or seek

We now drop the blocked protectect samples when seeking or flushing.
This can't be reliably tested, a frame submitted to the renderer would be
dropped
because it would be late or if submitted out of turn would be dropped as likely
not
a keyframe.
