[IFC] Partial layout damage can start at an inline item of the removed box

Reviewed by Alan Baradlay.
Removing text or a <br> that leads the first line after out-of-flow content can
put the damage on an inline item of the removed box, which the partial inline
item rebuild then fails to find in the box tree.
Fall back to full invalidation in that case, and make InlineDisplay::Box
equality compare layout box pointers without dereferencing them.
