I was distracted, I think, by the different verbs and didn't notice the 
different objects, perhaps itself a reason to use the same verb both places. I 
don't think it matters too much which verb, though "lost" has the advantage of 
being shorter. If someone forgets their password, they're not likely to fail to 
click "lost" on those grounds...
