The problem seems to be that the server cannot find the css files. The css files are found using the html code:
<link href="/examples/static/css/home.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/ css" /> On my windows server, browsing to http://127.0.0.1:8000/examples/static/css/home.css shows a listing of the css file, OK. But on my linux server, browsing to http://66.199.140.183:8000/examples/static/css/home.css give a 404 not found error. The css files have been installed correctly on the server root@x:/home/james/web2py-new/applications/examples/static/css# ls artwork.css calendar.css home.css menu.css So, the question is, why cannot the linux server find them?
