Instead of "Create new file" you can have "Create Controller"/"Create Model"/"Create View" etc etc.. And it will just make the file in the proper place for that framework.
I would also like to see, for web2py, is to have exec/build mapped to F5, but for web2py projects it will launch a single instance of web2py, and load up your projects as simlinks to applications folder.
