The following packages are not installed by the PPA... cherokee-doc libcherokee-mod-geoip libcherokee-mod-ldap libcherokee-mod-libssl libcherokee-mod-mysql libcherokee-mod-rrd libcherokee-mod-streaming
Installing libcherokee-mod-libssl fixes this.
