Looks very nice - way to go Massimo!

Creating wiki pages related to a book section seems to only partly
work. I was able to create a new wiki page using the "Create one..."
link, However, the new page doesn't show up under "Related Wiki
Pages." Also, a usability tip - would it be possible to have the
appropriate book section be automatically chosen when someone uses the
"Create one..." link - they are looking at a particular section when
they click the link, so it should be pretty easy to change the link to
something like http://web2py.com/book/default/create_wikipage/6/4 to
tell it you want to create a new wiki page for chapter 6 section 4.
It'd be really cool if you could link wiki pages to sub-sections, but
I realize you're pulling in the book text from latex and converting to
html and having to break up thinks into smaller chucks would add more
complexity.

Will wiki pages eventually appear in search results? Perhaps searching
results in Sections Containing "search term" followed by Wiki Pages
Containing "search term".

Threaded comments - nice touch. Toggle to collapse the tree is nice
too, though perhaps "expand/collapse" or "show/hide" would make the
purpose clearer? The effect isn't quite working right though, toggle
only sometimes hides the responses, more often it seems to trigger a
funky yo-yo effect (at least in the Chrome browser)

If I've spotted typos in the book's PDF, what's the best way to get
those to you? Email, requesting edit permissions?
