I was doubtful there would be much financial point to this quest for minimal memory, but a quick google later, I came up with this... http://www.ramhost.us/ only $2.99 per month, and I pay $20 for 256Mb !! It even has a "burstable memory" feature -- although to be fair, at that price it's probably hosted in a paper bag, so it would have.
