Google has no problem indexing dynamic pages. We can improve search results by using a sitemap and other tweaks but the pyforum posts should be indexed by Google by default. More info here: http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2008/09/dynamic-urls-vs-static-urls.html
