Thanks for your reply.

I went through the entire file system on Pythonanywhere and I put the 
folder everywhere I possibly could. It's not working anywhere.

Of course, I asked this question on the Pythonanywhere forum and they 
referred me here. They don't have the answer. They say, the web2py forum 
should have the answer.

There must be a way to upload and install an analytics software in a web2py 
app on the Pythonanywhere server. 

Not sure what to do next.
