I'm using one of the prepared themes hosted on Google: http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.7.2/themes/smoothness/jquery-ui.css and then overrode some of the rules in <style></style>
Bandwidth isn't a problem for me but it should be faster for the user.
