Just on a cursory look, it seems that "weppy" is about a 99% fork of web2py. My only heartburn is that Giovanni doesn't mention web2py or the work done by others even once in his website, http://weppy.org. That's a huge no-no on this side of the pond. You ALWAYS recognize those whose shoulders you are standing on. Very prominently and up front.
