me and vinicius are working on having a base start for testing applications 
with web2py. 

PS: in either way, web2py will not help you write tests with selenium, 
web2py will just provide a simpler integration for running whatever test 
you like (i.e. if you chose selenium you will have to write tests with it, 
web2py will just provide a simple "launcher")
