Good news! psycopg2 2.0.9 up and running and looks stable. So upgrade from 2.0.7 to 2.0.9 solved the trouble i hope. Pfew..:) Just have to build my deb package for production use. 2.0.9 is already accepted in 'testing' branch but it sometimes takes months to get to 'stable'.
