Great - Thanks Massimo;  I'll try generating a test sphinx from the alterego
asap also... this will not be so structured, but will give us a starting
example of what this looks like, and how to set it up, work comments,
reviews, etc.

For some time I think the wiki will be the main place to collect
contributions.... and some basic structure will become slowly evident from
it  (I may start with the general first level structure of your book as a
starting point).
