OK, I have registered on all the necessary places, apparently constant launchpad activity with some tutoring on irc at #ubuntu-motu will be enough. Maybe you could expand the launchpad stuff a bit so the activities are more apparent (make a web2py team with the developers, put the official download there, too). For starters I will generate packages into my launchpad's PPA which should be the right place for testing until it gets into the official repository. Debian will be easier once we have Ubuntu presence.
