I see. You need
form=SQLFORM(db.t2_person,vrouw,fields=[....])
instead of
form=SQLFORM(db.t2_person,vrouw)
else you have errors in fields that are not visualized by the custom
form. You can check this by printing:
{{=form.errors}}
