Yes, Clyde, I've seen it several times. I have it on VHS (so I've had it awhile) and recently converted it to DVD. It's really a fun movie with lots of comedy in addition to some spooky stuff. Paulette Goddard stars with Bob Hope, and there are other recognizable actors of the day, such as Paul Lukas (co-starred with Bette Davis in "Watch on the Rhine") and Richard Carlson (a supporting actor in Bette Davis's "The Little Foxes"). A young Anthony Quinn even has a small role. An interesting thing about this movie is that it was made before Hope developed his persona as the perpetual coward, and he's Goddard's hero as he sets out to find the secret of the old haunted Cuban mansion that Goddard inherits. Willie Best is Hope's sidekick in the film, and he plays the character who is afraid and doesn't want to take chances. If you have the opportunity, by all means see it. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. It's a great example of the Golden Age of Hollywood when a movie could be funny without sexual references or potty-mouth language and spooky/scary without blood and gore--much like "The Ghost and Mr. Chicken" that followed it.
