Ill see if I can write a project brief for the mailing list to check over
about what requirements we want for long term and short term sprints.

Though do keep in mind that the mailing list will have to decide at a
latter date to accept the source when it has matured. As such discussion of
the rewrite must be stated explicitly to avoid confusion.

I'd do this by adding "wavey future" to future topics, just a fyi.

Also note any discussion outside this mailing list is unofficial chatter,
so any decisions made on hipchat mean nothing untill made on the mailing
list.
