I haven't worked with OT but I've worked on some real-time stuff, mostly sockets and WebSockets. For this particular project, I think I can help with Rest API and Client-Server communication.
Apart from that, I have worked on python and nodejs on the server side and Angular Js on Web clients. So if someone needs help on that front then I can help.
