Hi Evan, I have to admit that I am not a fan of those waves at the bottom of the page, reminds me of a strange skirting board...
Not sure there is enough mocked-up to get a feel for the changes you envision for the website? I think the main problem with the current design is our rather text-heavy (and very small print) approach, so any thoughts on how to lessen this (without creating a site entirely made of icons) would be good. Could we reduce the number of pages we have usefully? Would something more 'interactive' be better? Maybe changing the homepage into a 'quick-links' thing would be better (see git's front page?)
