I've worked with bootstrap before, and yes many of the Apache sites are either default bootstrap or take designs from the popular bootstrap templates. Sometimes though they are over kill, not to say i wont end up using a bootstrap back end but I do like to dabble in refreshing my web technologies now and then. So this is more enjoyment on my part ahah and any opinion is always welcome with my work.
