hey jih

on JIRA there are also starter projects for users new to wave to contribute
too, view these here
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WAVE-349?jql=labels%20%3D%20StarterProject
. There is also documentation on the website to help you get set up with
installing the tools and on our confluence wiki (
https://incubator.apache.org/wave/documentation.html ,
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/WAVE/Home ). Also to add some
advice from another member Yuri that responded to a similar email this week:

"I think you can contribute even with little coding experience - but this
depends on what you want to do and the amount of time you can allocate for
contributing to Wave.
So, I think you can take a look at the list of issues at jira and see if
there's anything you might want to contribute to. Also, if you have some
specific interests - like working with server/client/GWT/Solr - go ahead
and let us know."

there is also a irc chat #wiab on freenode where some members afk on.
Looking forward to your contribution to the project.
