I started simple and followed the basic instructions for a mirrored distribution. The main points were that you are supposed to use the mirror script for the main artifacts but to use the apache servers only for the file signatures. For now I went with "apache-wave-0.4-incubating.xxx² as the artifact name citing the recommendation to put the name apache in there for branding and conflict avoidance. I also added the -incubating¹ tag as well, as required. For sake of argument I assumed both a zip and tar.gz format. We can of course change this. I added some verbiage (taken from another Apache TLP) around verification of signatures. What else do we want on the download page? ~Michael
