Can't access WIAB from outside localhost

Hello

I have a small but important problem with the WAIB server. I can contact 
the WAIB server from localhost, but not from a computer outside. Other 
services like ssh works fine.

I made two setups. One on a MacOS X and a other with Ubuntu 12.04 on a 
VirtualBox with Network bridge. My preffered one is the 
Ubuntu/VirtualBox solution. How ever, at the moment none of this two works.

I expect a configurations error on my side. I use more or less the 
default configuration. I only disabled the e-mail confirmation for new 
registrations. Has someone a hint for me?
