Ok, I finally got an build xml that works for giving it the OMPHH (which is
apparently what gwt calls its jvm emulation mode that allows realtime code
changes).
I basically mixed the harness build and the gwt-hosted build till it worked;

Now, I dunno if there's anything else wrong with this. Or that its all
necessary. But running "ant gwt-2" after "ant run-sever" now results in a
gwt dev mode that seems to pick up code changes on refresh. I see a
"Jetty" tab in the gwt development popup which is the server its using.
Long road, but I seem to be at....the start ;)
Next up I'll copy across those settings for eclipse running/debugging.
